SOUR SKITTLE SORBET image

Yield 1 gallon

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 whole pineapple
10 strawberries
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 lemon
2 limes
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Boil the water and sugar so that the sugar dissolves. Blend the pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and the juice of the lemon and limes.(no big chunks) Mix the fruit and sugar water together. Chill the mixture and use your ice cream maker, or freeze overnight.

I tried making this sorbet but it didn't turn out well. I think I might have used the wrong type of skittles. Oh well, next time!
