This potato salad is a bit too mayonnaise-y for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if there had been more vegetables and less dressing.

I'm not a big fan of potato salad, but this recipe changed my mind. It's so creamy and flavorful, and the bacon and celery add a nice touch. I'll definitely be making this again.

Not bad, but not great. I think I would have liked it more if I had used a different type of potato. I used russets, and they were a bit too starchy for my taste.

This dish turned out amazing! I made a few substitutions based on what I had on hand, and it still came out great. I used Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise, and added some diced red onion and fresh dill. It was a hit with my family and friends!

Meh, it was okay. The potatoes were a bit undercooked for my taste, and the dressing was a little too sweet for me. I probably won't make this again.

This potato salad is a real winner! It's creamy, tangy, and packed with flavor. I love the addition of bacon and celery, which give it a nice crunch. I'll definitely be making this again for my next potluck.
