Steps:
- 1. Mix everything in a bowl and cover, let rise for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil for deep frying.
- 3. Drop mixture by tablespoon into oil and fry until golden.
- 4. Drain on paper towels or wire rack. Or you can just drop them right into powdered sugar or sugar/cinnamon.
- 5. For added varieties, you can add shredded lemon or orange rind to the mix
