ZESTY BAKED CHICKEN
I got this recipe from my friend Vicky Norton-Strong in the late 70's (I think) I thought it was excellent and was grateful that she shared it with me. It was tasty and very flavorful. I hope you like it too!!

Steps:
- 1. Mix dry bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, and salt
- 2. In separate bowl combine margarine and garlic
- 3. Dip the chicken pieces in the margarine/garlic, then roll in the bread crumb mixture and place in a shallow baking dish.
- 4. Sprinkle with the remaining bread crumb mixture and bake until tender 350 F for about 50 minutes
