ZIPPY RADISH DIP
This dip/spread really DOES taste great! BUT - after you chop the radishes be sure to drain them well, because the dip becomes VERY watery if you don't drain them. This is zippy with a peppery taste; different than the usual dip. Very low-salt, but you won't miss it!

- 1. Blend butter with mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix in radishes and onions. Refrigerate until cold. Serve with crackers or plain chips.
