Number Of Ingredients 7

2 medium zucchini grated
1 cup bread or cracker crumbs
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2-3 eggs
1/8 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
(chopped onion - optional)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in greased casserole dish for 30 min. at 350 degrees.
