3X CHOCOLATE & CRAISIN COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 3

Dry Ingreidents: 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. coca powder
Wet: 1/2 c. (1 stick) sweet unsalted butter (room temp); 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 TBS. French Vanilla Kahlua (or vanilla extract); 2 eggs (room temp)
Add ins: 1 cup each: chocolate chunks, mini-semi sweet chocolate chips and craisins

Steps:

  • Set oven to 325 degrees. Sift dry ingredients. cream together butter & sugar til light and fluffy, add kahlua then eggs (scraping bowl). Add in flour - mix until just mixed. Stir in choco chips and craisins. 1 TBS dough onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. For Chewy Cookies it is best to underbake them just a little bit. Enjoy!
