After Christmas Turkey Pot Pie (or Chicken) image

Just the way my mom told it to me and it is sooo good . If I make it with chicken I use 2 or 3 chicken brests( the frozen boneless kind ) and boil them in the broth first.

This recipe was a disaster! The filling was too thick and the crust was raw.

I'm not a huge fan of turkey, but this pot pie was amazing! The gravy was rich and flavorful, and the turkey was moist and tender. I will definitely be making this again.
