manchego cheese
flour
egg
4 parts almonds
1 part bread crumbs

Steps:

  • slice cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices chop almonds finely and mix with breadcrumbs dredge cheese in flour and brush off excess dip in egg mixed with a bit of water dredge in almond/breadcrumb mix fry each side to a light brown and serve
