Wherever I take this dip, it disappears in a matter of minutes! I find that making it in the crock pot is easiest for me but you can also make in microwave or oven. You can also use the low-fat versions of sour cream and cream cheese and the recipe tastes just as good.

Steps:
- 1. In a small crock pot (1.5 qt) add all ingredients, except spinach, and let melt together for about an hour.
- 2. Then add spinach. (I buy a bag of frozen, chopped spinach and keep it in the freezer. It's easier to use than the brick of frozen spinach.)
- 3. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
