Ambers Cheeseburger Casserole image

This is great recipe that children love to make and eat!! I mentioned Sloppy Joe sauce in the recipe to make it easier. But i always make my own with Ketchup, Brown Sugar and a dash of Western Dressing and BBQ sauce!!

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 lb hambuger
1 medium onion, diced
2 can(s) sloppy joe sauce
About 8 slice kraft cheese singles
2 pkg small refriderated biscuits (approximately 16-20 biscuits depending on pan size)

Steps:

  • 1. Brown up hamburger and onion in frying pan. Drain off extra fat. Mix in sauce. Place hamburger mixture in a 9x13in baking pan. Layer the cheese on top of the hamburger, then layer the biscuits on top of the cheese. Follow the directions for baking the biscuits in the oven. When biscuits are golden brown it is done. Enjoy!!!
