- Cook potatoes until tender in water to cover in covered pot, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Saute apple in oil until it softens.
- In food processor combine cooked, drained potatoes, apple, onion, caraway seeds, butter and pepper, and process until mixture is reasonably smooth.
