Artichoke Blue Cheese Fettuccine image

Store-bought Alfredo sauce speeds along this flavorful, meatless entree. I use dry pasta, but you can use refrigerated fettuccine to make this recipe even faster. -Jolanthe Erb, Harrisonburg, Virginia

I think this recipe would be even better if it used a different type of cheese, such as Parmesan or Gruyère.

I found that this dish was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still very enjoyable.

I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of blue cheese, but I'm so glad I did! The blue cheese flavor was not overpowering at all, and it paired perfectly with the artichokes and fettuccine.

I made this dish last night and it was a hit with my family! The sauce was so creamy and flavorful, and the artichokes added a nice texture and flavor contrast.

This artichoke and blue cheese fettuccine is a delightful dish that is bursting with flavor. The combination of the creamy blue cheese sauce, the tender artichokes, and the al dente fettuccine is simply irresistible.
