"I love this soup so much, I sometimes double the recipe," notes Michelle Smith from Sykesville, Maryland. "In fact, I've nicknamed it the 'House Specialty'! If I have leftover chicken or pork, I sometimes substitute it for the shrimp."

Overall, I thought this soup was pretty good. It's not the best soup I've ever had, but it's definitely worth trying.

I think this soup would be better if it was served with some kind of bread or rice. It's a bit too soupy on its own.

I'm not sure why, but my soup turned out really oily. I had to skim off a lot of the oil before I could eat it.

This soup is a bit too thick for my taste. I would recommend adding more water or broth to thin it out.

I'm not a fan of the lemongrass in this soup. It's too overpowering for my taste. I'll have to try it again without the lemongrass.

I found this soup to be a bit bland. I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to make it taste good. Otherwise, it was a pretty good soup.

This soup is way too spicy for me. I could only eat a few bites before I had to stop. If you don't like spicy food, I would recommend skipping this recipe.

I thought this soup was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably won't be making it again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my soup didn't turn out as flavorful as I expected. I'll have to try it again and see if I can get it right.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover shrimp. I had some cooked shrimp from a previous meal and this soup was the perfect way to use them up.

I love how easy this soup is to make. I was able to throw it together in about 30 minutes. It's also very versatile - I added some vegetables that I had on hand and it turned out great.
