I'm not a big fan of stews, but this one is really good. The flavors are well-balanced and the meat is very tender. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made this stew with tofu instead of meat. It turned out really well! The tofu absorbed all the delicious flavors of the stew and it was very hearty and satisfying.

This stew is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I had some carrots, celery, and potatoes that were about to go bad, so I threw them in the stew and they turned out great. The stew is also very filling and satisfying.
