Bacon & Onion Quiche image

This recipe comes from my sister-in-law's mother. Delicious! Perfect for holiday breakfast or a brunch gathering. The prep time does not include having to cook & crumble the bacon ahead of time.

This quiche was a bit too heavy for my taste. I think I would have preferred a lighter, more delicate quiche.

This quiche was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some more spices or herbs.

I've tried a lot of quiche recipes, but this one is my favorite. The bacon and onions add a lot of flavor, and the cheese is perfectly melted and gooey. I also love that this recipe uses a store-bought pie crust, which makes it super easy to make.
