Baked Apple Slices With Peanut Butter Crumble image

Here is another recipe that was featured in an email from the www.hersheys.com website. One reviewer said the following: "We really liked this one - even the child who doesn't care for peanut butter! The mix of flavors and textures was interesting and made a great finish to a zippy meal. Next time I'll add some more cinnamon though as the peanut butter overwhelmed it." I may take that into consideration when I get around to trying this! :-)

This recipe was a disaster! The apples were mushy and the crumble topping was burnt.

I think the recipe could use a little more spice. I added a teaspoon of cinnamon and it really improved the flavor.

I found the apples to be a bit too tart for my taste. I think next time I'll use a sweeter variety.

Not a fan of the peanut butter crumble topping. It was too dry and crumbly for my taste.
