Steps:
- Shell prawns and devein.
- Split prawns lengthwise from underside.
- Wash and pat dry.
- Season prawns with salt, sugar and pepper.
- Mix breadcrumbs and cheese.
- Coat prawns with egg then with the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
- Place prawns in dish, spreading split prawns lengthwise.
- Brush with butter.
- Bake at 400°F for 15mins.
