500 g fresh ricotta
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup pesto sauce, homemade or 1/2 cup in a jar

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients.
  • Spread in ovenproof dish.
  • Bake at 180 C for 20 - 30 minutes until firm.
  • Cool, slice and serve on crusty bread.
