I'm not a huge fan of bananas, but I have to admit, these Bananas Foster are pretty darn good. The sauce is especially tasty.

I love Bananas Foster and have tried several recipes. This one is definitely a keeper! The sauce is rich and flavorful, and the bananas are perfectly caramelized.

Not bad, but not amazing either. The bananas were a bit overcooked for my taste and the sauce lacked a bit of depth of flavor.
