Overall, I thought this dish was pretty good. The sausages were cooked well and the sauerkraut was flavorful. However, I found the potatoes to be a bit dry. I would recommend adding more butter or oil to the potatoes before baking them.

I'm not a big fan of sauerkraut, but I really enjoyed this dish. The sausages were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were fluffy and flavorful. I would definitely make this dish again, but I would omit the sauerkraut.
