These delicious treats will remind you of Sloppy Joe's. They are great to serve at any party. I made them tonight, because my son has been begging me to...lol! Anything that resembles a Sloppy Joe he is up for... Enjoy! My photos

Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 10

3/4 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 c barbecue sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 small red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
7 1/2 oz tube refrigerated biscuits ( 10 count )

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Lightly grease a muffin pan.
  • 2. Combine the beef, sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and garlic powder. Stir in red pepper and onions.
  • 3. Press biscuits into bottom and up sides of greased muffin cups.
  • 4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into each cup.
  • 5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 6. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden and topping is bubbly. Enjoy!...These are so yummy! Note: If you like your peppers and onion really soft...brown them in with the burger. I like them as is, as you can taste them much better putting them in raw, and I think they are cooked just right.
