60 oz Black Beans, Cooked or canned
28 oz Tomatoes, Crushed of Chopped with liquid
16 Oz Corn, off the cob
1 Cup Brown Rice
2 tsp Onion Powder
.25 tsp Garlic Powder
.5 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Dried Oregano
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Chipotle Powder

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. (Optional) Top with Sour Cream or Yogurt before serving.
