This chili is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the bulgur and the beans, and they don't even realize they're eating healthy. I always make a big pot of this chili when I have company coming over. It's always a hit.

I love that this chili is made with bulgur instead of rice. Bulgur is a healthier grain and it gives the chili a nice texture. I also appreciate that this recipe uses a variety of beans. It makes the chili more flavorful and nutritious.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chili turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more spice. Next time I'll add a chopped jalapeƱo or two.
