Number Of Ingredients 13

4 Cups Dry Kidney Beans
8 Cups Boiling Water
3 Cups Chopped Onions
1 Pint Stewed Tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper (Seeded & Chopped)
6 Cloves Garlic
4 Chili Peppers (Seeded & Chopped)
1/4 Cup Worchestshire Sauce
6 Tbs Chili Powder
2 Tbls Dry Mustard
2 Tbls Brown Sugar
2 Tbls Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper

Steps:

  • 1) Wash & Soak Beans Overnite 2) Combine all and Boil 5 Min on M/H Heat 3) Fill Jars with Beans and then fill with liquid 4) Process Pints 75 Minutes in Pressure Canner @ 15# 10 Pints or 5 Quarts
