Beef Nacho Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb ground beef
12 oz chunky salsa
1 c sweet corn
3/4 c mayonnaise dressing
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 c tortilla chips, crushed
2 c colby/monterey jack cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350.
  • 2. Brown meat; drain.
  • 3. Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise dressing and chili powder.
  • 4. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
  • 5. Repeat layers.
  • 6. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • 7. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
