Beefy Biscuit Cups image

A recipe passed to me from my sister. It easy to grab and eat these on the run or for a sit down meal. They are great tasting and not too complicated.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 lb hamburger, browned
1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce
2 tube(s) canned biscuits
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together meat and sauce.
  • 2. Press biscuits into bottom and up the sides of the muffin tin.
  • 3. Fill centers with meat mix, about 2 tablespoons.
  • 4. Sprinkle the tops with cheese.
  • 5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes or until biscuits are done and cheese is melted.
  • 6. Serve and enjoy. I usually serve these with salad.
