These onion rings are nice and crispy and have just a hint of sweetness to them. I love salty and sweet togather. I didnt give any measurements .Just several bowls of stuff, an assembly line for onion rings. Sounds like alot of work but it is well worth it in the end.

Steps:
- 1. make your assembly line in the order i listed them
- 2. after slicing onions place them in water
- 3. shake off excess water and coat with flour
- 4. shake off excess flour and place in melted ice cream
- 5. then coat the onion with cornmeal mixture
- 6. lay them out 20 min to dry
- 7. fry in oil around 350 degrees for about 4-5 min or until golden brown.
