MMM... Summer and heaven ( i mean bacon) on bread... what more could one ask for? This sandwich is almost a BLT, just not so much about the bacon as it is the tomato. I Usually serve on a nice Marble Rye, but its just as good on dark rye an everything bagel or plain ol' white bread.

Steps:
- Toast bread ( if desired).
- spread both slices of bread with mayo,.
- then sprinkle with bacon bits.
- Layer half of tomato slices on on piece of bread.
- Layer Basil leaves on top of tomato.
- Layer rest of tomato on top of basil.
- Place other piece of bread on top.
- ENJOY!
