bing cherry muffins image

saw these beautiful cherries and couldn't eat them all so i made muffins.

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 Tbsp oil
2 eggs
1 c buttermik
1 tsp vanilla
1 c bing cherries,heaping and cut in half
2 c flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 c sugar
zest of lemon to taste

Steps:

  • 1. mix the wet ingredients adding the cherries and any jce left on plate when chopping them. sift the flour, add the bp, and sugar. add to wet ingredients and combined until just mixed. i use 6 lg muffins or 12 reg. bake at 400 for app 15 to 20 min.you can dust with powdered sugar after cooling.
