I found the blinis to be a bit bland, but the creme fraiche and smoked salmon helped to add some flavor. Overall, they were a good appetizer.

These blinis were absolutely delicious! The creme fraiche and smoked salmon were the perfect toppings, and the blinis themselves were light and fluffy. I will definitely be making these again.
