Got this recipe from a Dierbergs grocery store a few years ago and have been making it every since. It is a very different salad, my family loves it.It is extremely easy to prepare. But you must use the broccoli cole slaw for this flavor.I usually find the Garlic Expressions Dressing in with the produce, not with the salad dressings in our stores.

1 tomatoes, chopped
1 dash pepper (optional)
1 bag mann's broccoli coleslaw mix
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup garlic expressions salad dressing

Steps:

  • Combine Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw, parmesan cheese, diced red pepper and tomato in a large bowl.
  • Add Garlic Expressions Salad Dressing.
  • Stir to mix.
  • Dash of pepper (optional)
  • Serve or chill.

1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits

Steps:

  • In a large transparent bowl, layer lettuce, celery, bell peppers, onions, peas, mayonnaise, sugar and cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits evenly over the top of the salad.
