AIR-FRYER TACO KABOBS

Air-Fryer Taco Kabobs image

We typically think of the grill when making kabobs but your air fryer does an equally good job in the same amount of time. Sometimes I'll add a drop or two of liquid smoke to the marinade to give it that grilled flavor. -Dixie Terry, Goreville, Illinois

Tips:

  • Use tender cuts of beef: Flank steak, sirloin steak, and tenderloin are all good choices.
  • Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef helps to tenderize it and add flavor. You can use a simple marinade made with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, or you can try one of the more complex marinades in the article.
  • Skewer the beef: Use metal skewers that are long enough to hold the beef and vegetables. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using them to prevent them from burning.
  • Cook the beef kabobs on high heat: This will help to sear the outside of the beef and keep it juicy on the inside.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer: Leave some space between the kabobs so that they can cook evenly.
  • Cook the beef kabobs for 8-10 minutes, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.

Conclusion:

Air fryer beef kabobs are a delicious and easy way to cook beef. They are perfect for a summer cookout or a quick weeknight meal. With a little preparation, you can have a delicious and healthy meal on the table in no time.
