### Tips
  • Use a properly sized air fryer: A whole chicken will need plenty of room to cook evenly. If your air fryer is too small, the chicken will be cramped and won't cook properly.
  • Pat the chicken dry before cooking: This will help the skin crisp up.
  • Season the chicken generously: Use your favorite spices and herbs to flavor the chicken. You can also use a store-bought seasoning mix.
  • Preheat your air fryer: This will help the chicken cook more evenly.
  • Cook the chicken at the correct temperature: The ideal temperature for cooking a whole chicken in an air fryer is 360°F (180°C).
  • Cook the chicken for the correct amount of time: The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the chicken. A 3-pound chicken will take about 60 minutes to cook.
  • Let the chicken rest before carving: This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender and flavorful.
### Conclusion Cooking a whole chicken in an air fryer is a quick and easy way to get a delicious, crispy meal. By following these tips, you can ensure that your chicken cooks perfectly every time.
  • Air fryer whole chicken is a healthier alternative to traditional fried chicken: It uses less oil and produces fewer calories.
