1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped, divided use
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided use
1/2-3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped chives

  • Have baked potatoes and cooked bacon ready.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease or butter a 9"x 13" baking dish; set aside.
