2/3 cup orange juice

1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped golden delicious apples
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, sift together the flour, the sugar, the baking powder, and the salt, making a well in the center.

2 large eggs
