4 apples
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
salt, to taste
1 sheet puff pastry
1 egg, for egg wash
parchment paper

Steps:

  • Peel and dice apples.
  • Stir water and baking powder together in a small bowl.
  • Combine the baking powder-water mixture, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Whisk together until combined and mixture has become thick and bubbly.
  • Add apples and stir until they are fully coated and tender.
  • Lay pastry out and flatten with rolling pin so that it is about ¼-inch (6cm) thick throughout.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1 package (1/4 ounce) quick-rise yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup butter
FILLING:
4 cups thinly sliced peeled tart apples (about 2-3 medium)
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
TOPPING:
1/4 cup milk
4 teaspoons sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt. In a saucepan, heat the water and butter to 120°-130°. Add to the dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes., Divide dough into four portions. Roll each portion into an 8-in. square. Cut into four 4-in. squares. Cut apple slices into thirds; toss with sugar, flour and cinnamon. Place 1/4 cup filling on each square; bring up the corners up over the filling and pinch to seal. Secure with a toothpick if needed. 1 (20 ounce) can apple pie filling (approx.)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup seedless raisin
cooking spray
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk

  • Remove tortillas from refrigerator; let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or until soft and flexible.

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package (17.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
3 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, cut into

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Stir the apple, chives and sugar in a medium bowl.
  • Unfold 1 pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry sheet into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Cut into 12 (4-inch) squares. Cut each pastry square in half diagonally to make 24 triangles. Repeat with the remaining pastry sheet.

1 small apple, cored and finely diced
2 tbsp. ganulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. milk

Steps:

  • Turn the oven on to 375°F (190°C). Grease the cake pan. Open the crescent rolls and searate into 16 triagles. Combine the next 3 ingredients together in the bowl. Mix. Drop a small spoonful of the apple mixture near the wide end of each triangle. Fold the long points toward the middle over top of the filling. Pinch to seal. Fold over to the third point. Pinch to seal. Place 8 pockets, seam side down, in each cake pan. Bake on the center rack in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Use the oven mitts to remove the cake pan to the wire rack. Combine the icing sugar, vanilla, and milk in a plastic bag. Seal. Push down on bag to mix ingredints together untill smooth. Make a tiny cut across 1 corner of the bag with scissors. 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup brown sugar

  • Take your choice of dough. Make sure it is at room temperature. DO NOT Microwave. Split it in half. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.
