Time 5m

Yield 1 serving

Number Of Ingredients 5

Soju, as needed
Seltzer, as needed
Apple juice, as needed
Ice, as needed
1 thin slice Granny Smith apple

Steps:

  • Mix equal parts soju, seltzer and apple juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain the cocktail into martini glasses and garnish with apple slice.

Tips:

  • Choose the right soju. For a sweeter cocktail, use a flavored soju such as plum, grapefruit, or green grape. For a more traditional cocktail, use a plain soju.
  • Use fresh apples. Fresh apples will give your cocktail the best flavor. If you don't have fresh apples, you can use frozen or canned apples, but the flavor will not be as good.
  • Chill your ingredients. Chilling your ingredients will help to make your cocktail more refreshing.
  • Add a garnish. A garnish will add a touch of elegance to your cocktail. Some good options include a slice of apple, a cinnamon stick, or a sprig of mint.

Conclusion:

Apple soju cocktails are a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy soju. They are easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. Whether you like your cocktails sweet or tart, there is an apple soju cocktail recipe out there for you. So next time you're looking for a refreshing cocktail to enjoy, give an apple soju cocktail a try.
