If you're concerned about the sugar use the Splenda version. This recipe is featured in '30 Minutes to Cook' cookbook from Oxmoor.

Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling during the stir-frying process.
- Use a hot wok or skillet: A well-heated wok or skillet is essential for getting that perfect sear on your beef and vegetables. Make sure your pan is nice and hot before adding your ingredients.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: If you add too much food to the pan at once, it will steam instead of stir-fry. Work in batches if necessary.
- Keep stirring: Stir-frying is all about keeping the food moving. This will help prevent it from sticking to the pan and ensure that it cooks evenly.
- Don't overcook the beef: Beef should be cooked to your desired doneness, but be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked beef will be tough and chewy.
- Add the sauce at the end: Adding the sauce at the end of the stir-frying process will help prevent it from burning.
Conclusion:
This Asian beef stir-fry with snow peas and rice is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight. The beef is tender and flavorful, the vegetables are crisp-tender, and the sauce is savory and slightly sweet. Serve it over rice for a complete and satisfying meal.
