1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup cubed jicama
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped toasted peanuts

Steps:

1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 (10 ounce) package snow peas
1 (10 ounce) package broccoli florets
1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts
