2 ½ tablespoons water
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Tips:

  • Choose ripe avocados: Look for avocados that are dark green or black in color, with a slightly soft texture when you gently squeeze them. Avoid avocados that are too hard or have brown spots, as these may be underripe or overripe, respectively.
  • Use a food processor: A food processor will make quick work of pureeing the avocados, black beans, and other ingredients. If you don't have a food processor, you can mash the avocados and black beans by hand, but it will take a little more time.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixed batter can result in tough, dense brownies. Mix the batter until the ingredients are just combined, then stop.
  • Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached: Overbaking the brownies will make them dry and crumbly.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them: This will help them to set and hold their shape.

Conclusion:

Avocado black bean brownies are a delicious and healthy twist on the classic chocolate dessert. They're made with all natural ingredients and are packed with nutrients, making them a great choice for a snack or dessert. If you're looking for a unique and delicious way to enjoy avocados and black beans, give these brownies a try. You won't be disappointed!
