1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon hot water

1-1/4 cups packed dark brown sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
3 large egg yolks
1-1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
6 tablespoons butter, softened
GLAZE:
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons dark corn syrup
12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts

  • In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, 1/2 cup cream and yolks. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture reaches 160° and is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon.
