BACON BREAKFAST CASSEROLE (GLUTEN FREE)
This is a simple recipe, easy to make. Really nice when you have company over in the morning. Get it ready, pop it in the oven and you have time to socialize while it's cooking! I cut this recipe in half and place it in a pie plate and bake uncovered for 45 minutes for breakfast for a smaller family; it tastes very much like a crustless quiche and my husband loves it! That is how it is shown in the picture.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh eggs, milk, vegetables, and bacon will give your casserole the best flavor.
- Don't overcook the bacon: Overcooked bacon can make the casserole dry and tough. Cook it until it is just crispy.
- Use a good quality cheese: A sharp cheddar cheese will give the casserole a rich, flavorful taste.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can make the casserole tough. Mix it just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the casserole until it is set in the center: A toothpick inserted into the center of the casserole should come out clean when it is done.
