Tips:
- Choose ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your cake will be.
- Measure your ingredients accurately: Baking is a science, so it's important to measure your ingredients accurately to ensure the best results.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy: This will help to incorporate air into the batter, which will make your cake light and airy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition: This will help to prevent the batter from curdling.
- Fold in the flour and dry ingredients gradually: This will help to prevent the batter from becoming tough.
- Bake the cake at the correct temperature and for the correct amount of time: A toothpick inserted into the center of the cake should come out clean when the cake is done.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting it: This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.
