Tips:

  • For the brownie layer: Use a high-quality cocoa powder for the best flavor. You can also add a tablespoon of instant coffee powder to enhance the chocolate flavor.
  • For the ice cream layer: You can use any flavor of ice cream you like, but vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry are classic choices. If you're using a store-bought ice cream, let it soften slightly before spreading it on the brownie layer.
  • For the banana layer: Use ripe bananas for the best flavor and texture. You can also add a tablespoon of brown sugar or maple syrup to the bananas for a sweeter filling.
  • For the whipped cream topping: You can use homemade or store-bought whipped cream. If you're making your own, be sure to whip it until stiff peaks form.
  • For the chocolate sauce: You can use a store-bought chocolate sauce or make your own by melting chocolate chips with a little bit of milk or cream.
  • To assemble the pie: Start with the brownie layer, then add the ice cream layer, the banana layer, and finally the whipped cream topping. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
