- 1. Preheat oven to 350'. Spray a 11 x 7 baking dish with cooking spray. Beat bananas, sugar, milk and egg product with a wire wisk.
- 2. Fold in bread cubes,1/4 cup chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set.
- 3. Cut into wedges and tope with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. ENJOY !
Tips:
- Choose ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your pudding will be.
- Use full-fat milk: Whole milk will give your pudding a richer, creamier texture than skim or low-fat milk.
- Don't overcook the pudding: Overcooked pudding will be thick and gummy. Cook it just until it has thickened slightly and coats the back of a spoon.
- Chill the pudding before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to set. Serve the pudding with your favorite toppings, such as whipped cream, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts.
