Tips:

  • Use overripe bananas: Overripe bananas are sweeter and have a more intense flavor, which will make your muffins more delicious. They will help to make muffins extra moist and flavorful.
  • Do not overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will develop the gluten in the flour, which will make your muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients you use, the better your muffins will be. This means using fresh bananas, real butter, and pure vanilla extract.
  • Fill the muffin cups properly: Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full. Do not overfill them, or the muffins will overflow during baking.
  • Bake the muffins at the right temperature: Bake the muffins at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool before serving: Let the muffins cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. This will give them a chance to set and will make them easier to handle.

Conclusion:

These banana muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are moist, flavorful, and have a perfect crumb. They can be made ahead of time and frozen, making them the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack. With a few simple tips, you can make the best bake sale banana muffins that will be sure to sell out fast.
