  • Position oven rack 4 inches from broiler. Heat oven to 425°F. Line large rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

4 Tbsp blacked seasoning
SPICY BLACKENED GARLIC SEASONING
1 Tbsp paprika, smoked
1/2 Tbsp paprika, hot
1/2 Tbsp paprika, sweet
2 tsp celery salt
3 Tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp thyme, dried
1 tsp oregeno, dried
