1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup cold water
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 medium bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 teaspoons lemon juice
35 vanilla wafers
1 cup fresh blueberries

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the milk, water and pudding mix. Fold in whipped cream. , In a bowl or shallow dish, add bananas and lemon juice; toss until bananas are coated. 1 cup white sugar
1 (1.3 ounce) envelope dry whipped topping mix
3 bananas, sliced
2 (9 inch) pie shells, baked

1/2 cup sugar
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup blueberry pie filling
1 (2 5/8 ounce) envelope Dream Whip
2 -3 bananas

Steps:

  • Bake pie crust.
  • Slice bananas and fill bottom of pie shell and set aside.
  • Combine sugar and cream cheese with fork until blended and set aside.(It's easier to mix when the cream cheese has been softened at room temperature.)
  • Prepare 1 envelope of Dream Whip according to package directions.

3 med/lg bananas (no speckles! Might not use all, nibble the rest)
8 -12 ounces cream cheese, softened (Can use lower fat version)
1/4 cup sugar (optional -I often leave this out)
1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed (I use Fat Free -SO good)
1/2 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling (Splurge & get the ones w/ more berries)
Fresh Blueberries (Really adds to the flavor/texture & antioxidants (but screen out any mushy ones)

  • DIRECTIONS 1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth, fold in Cool Whip. I say 8-12 oz cream cheese, this is entirely at your discretion. 2. 8oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 c sugar
1-10 oz frozen cool whip topping, thawed

2 deep dish pie crusts (baked and cooled)
2-3 large bananas (sliced w/lemon juice)
2 pkgs. dream whip
milk
vanilla extract
1 -8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 c sugar
1 can(s) blueberry pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. Mix Dream whip according to directions(double receipe). once it is fluffy and makes soft peaks add cream cheese and sugar till blended. Make sure cream cheese is soft so it won't be lumpy. arrange banana slices on bottom of pie crusts. pour dream whip mixture on top of pies and the gently spoon pie filling on top. Place in refrigerator overnight.

Tips:

  • For a flaky crust, use a combination of butter and shortening. Grate the butter and shortening into the flour mixture to create small, pea-sized pieces. This will help to create a tender, flaky crust.
  • To prevent the crust from shrinking, chill it for at least 30 minutes before baking. You can also blind bake the crust for 10-12 minutes before adding the filling.
  • Use ripe bananas for a sweeter, more flavorful pie. If your bananas are not ripe, you can ripen them by placing them in a paper bag with an apple or pear for a few days.
  • Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the blueberry filling to brighten the flavor and prevent the blueberries from turning brown.
  • To make a lattice crust, roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle. Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips. Place 6 strips horizontally across the pie filling, spacing them evenly.
