Yield Serves 1

Number Of Ingredients 6

1⁄2 cup (74 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
1⁄2 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
1⁄2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup (20 g) old-fashioned oats
1⁄4 teaspoon lemon zest
1⁄2 cup (120 ml) milk of choice

Steps:

Tips:

  • Use frozen blueberries for a thicker, creamier smoothie. Fresh blueberries can also be used, but they will need to be frozen for at least 2 hours before using.
